Kitty Catty Callie

Perhaps you wouldn't know it from how I drew her, but this broad-faced calico with a mysterious past is rather friendly and skittish. Unlike most of our fat, lazy cats, she knows how to hunt. She also likes to pick a few fights now and then.

We found her at a local church, purring and rubbing against anyone who came near, but every once in a while darting away as though conflicted over whether to trust humans. She seemed to be living on her own, so we later returned with some food and a cat carrier to take her home with us.

She's still rather fearful and I have to be careful how I approach her, but when it comes to other cats, she's a force to be reckoned with, even if you don't count her fights. I've seen her hiss and push heads out of the way in order to get to food.

Although we've had her spayed, she and Coon have a close relationship that seems to verge on romantic.
